I was the only one at the fitting room waiting to try on clothes while 3 staff members talked badly about someone until they finally noticed me... the girl at the register was nice but the overall service was so bad.

Bad customer service. No simple greeting as I walked in the store or when I was called up to pay. Cashier was rude, no sense of customer service. She didn’t seem to want to honour my 30% coupon from the app that wasn’t working but I kept pushing for it as I should and she finally applied it. Would only come back for a quick in \\u0026 out. I came into the store 3-4 weeks ago to return 2 tops. A bald white man and a skinny Indian girl helped me, and told me that my return would be processed on an electronic gift card I would receive by email in a couple of hours. However I never received the gift card so I had to call customer service multiple times, and I still have not gotten a refund within this 3-4 week timeframe, they were incredibly rude and not helpful and dismissed my concerns. Any other time I’ve gotten a physical gift card. Maybe they should review as a team how to process gift card returns so that this doesn’t happen since they clearly aren’t sure what they’re doing and could’ve avoided this entire problem.

Came in to find an outfit for my daughter. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely shop here again.

I love the clothing and how it all looks, but the changing rooms have small rips on the the curtain-doors, so it's a little tense there.

Coming in, i wanted to see if there was any cute tops or jeans. But im not sure if its this location or what, but i had NO ACKNOWLEGEMENT from employees. There was a chick ON FLOOR, ON HER PHONE while i was looking around not sure what i was looking for, clearly i needed help but i didnt get any greetings or anything... Im very shy when asking for help especially when im alone so it was hard for me to ask about anything... I used to go to the richmond centre location all the time, and the customer service was always good there! But im not sure about this location..
