I had a fantastic experience in this store. Excellent customer service from Pallavi! She greets everyone who enters the store and offers to help whenever possible. I will for sure come again!

Pallavi is a theif, she stole our change 20$. Then, later, she admitted to the theft . We asked for security camera footage, and she would not provide it. We asked for her manager and she said she is the manager. Stay away from Pallavi as she will steal your cash.

Worst service ever. I was there Jun 5 in the evening. There were 2 clerks in the store and 4 shoppers. I shopped for about 15 minutes and picked 10 things to try on and went to stand by the fitting rooms. The clerks were talking to each other but never came over , then i asked if i could try these on and she said no, the fitting rooms are closed because they are closing in 15 minutes. Actually, the store was closing in 25 min. After me, the 2 other shoppers went to stand by the change rooms and noone went over to help them so i let them know the situation and when they asked the clerk, she said they should just buy the clothes and they can exchange them later if they don't fit but no refunds. I think its very poor that they closed the change rooms early and also didn't inform us of that while we were shopping. I wouldn't have wasted my time picking things out if I knew I couldn't try them on.

Salespeople trained to focus more on folding and seem to be upset when asked for help. Fair prices.

Interesting that they don't tell you they don't do refunds and it's exchange only. Walked out of the store and went back 2 mins later decided I didn't really like what I bought and was told no.
