Great selection. Been shopping at this store for a while now and the staffs are great. Today is not different. Especially the manager who is very helpful on my exchange. Didn’t get her name but she has a nice tattoo on her left wrist.

Good selection of apparel at affordable pricing, my wife and I just love the jackets. Very kind and helpful crew at the store, especially, Shawn. He assisted us at the check out was patient and articulate. Just give this guy a raise.

Guess it's common for an outlet to sell everything at 50% off or more. For an Eddie Bauer fan, this store is for you. There are great outdoor clothes, backpacks, camping accessories, even fleece and down vests. What's needed are helpful staff members that asks if you want to try it on or to help with sizes.

The supervisor and other staff member was helpful but Pawan at the cash counter was very aggressive and rude. She need to tone down her voice and the way she talks.

The store manager, Renee, is really friendly and gives the best customer service you could experience! All of her staff seem like they genuinely enjoy working there which is really nice to see and rare these days. Shopping at this location feels like you're in a small business not a huge corporation. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely keep shopping here, thanks Renee!

It's one of mid to high clothing store. You get high quality cloths that price is much better than some of other brands. Their new collection are fantastic.

They don’t carry the full range of EB clothes but they pretty much have a perma sale, with 50% off everything in the store, and 60% off the clearance price for clearance stuff. It’s kinda like Boxing Day all year.

Worst associates @ tsawwassen location . Tuyana definitely needs some training to know what a CSR means ! Broken zipper ruined the jacket barely worn !! N yet they blame it as wear n tear !! What a horrible way to make people guilty of spending 1000$ for years . Seriously ridiculous. Associates in wrong notion as if company is their own or ancestral property. Waste of time & money !! EB needs better staff n stay true to what they claim “ customer satisfaction is guaranteed” !
