I visited the store to ask for suggestions on cleaning my shoes. Vincent (truly no less than a rockstar) not only suggested the right product but also cleaned my pair himself. I mean, I didn’t expect that and the fact he did it made my day. Vincent sets the bar for excellent customer service and I hope that his efforts are recognized by the store manager/owner and Ecco.

My friend and I were shopping Saturday and Allen gave me the best service. I was looking for a really comfortable stylish shoe to wear on my upcoming trip to Italy and he found me the perfect leather shoes in my size (35).I have been looking for Months and he found me the perfect one's!! The works there they are very nice and helpful. Better than any ecco store. I like ecco shoes. But the store in Richmond center is the story I never go again.
