Everytime I shop here it’s such a good experience. The staff are so helpful and even if I’m just window shopping they always make sure to check how I’m doing and let me know what the new product is!! I was recently shopping at both dynamite and garage on June 30th and I had such a good time while shopping. There were 2 girls helping me ones name was AJ and I believe the other was Gurleen, I was looking for one of the new crew necks and AJ really helped me in finding the right size, I let her know I wouldn’t be buying it today but she still went out of her way to help find my perfect size for when I come back! AJ and Gurleen both then helped me find options for what pants and shorts to wear it with and I was interested in what Dynamite had as well and they showed me the some of the different items they had that would go well with the crew neck. Again I just loved the experience I had here and even though they knew I wasn’t buying that day they still were super helpful and inviting. I had asked Gurleen who the manager was and she said AJ, I was like woah! I can really see why her staff is so helpful, she really shows how it’s done and has fun while helping the customers. I definitely will keep shopping here, and it’s one of the best stores for shopping in the mall!

I went there with my girlfriend we had the worst experience ever. No greeting very racial staff. This store is not worth your time. The manager is so rude gave us the looks. Please learn how to guest service.

Wish i can give 0 !! Went to store today, somebody i guess manager named AJ was having great talk show going at cash, They do not care ti say hii, pass smile, or ask if you need help even they see you struggling to find size. Wont ever return to this store. Disappointed!

When I was about to review the store, I saw there were lot of reviews about the store quality and people. Fortunately, I never got the chance to experience that, it's my togo place to shop for tops and jeans not just this location but also at Metrotown and Guildford. I found the staff to be pretty reasonable and definitely a lot of variety for clothing. Most important was the cleanliness and organization was the store was on the dot.

My sister and I had a racist experience. We called the manager and they decided not to do anything about it. We will not be shopping here again.

Great deals on clothing, however the lighting in there is atrocious. There are at least 12 lights that agressively flicker constantly which is youre prone to migraines is brutal to deal with and somewhat limits your shopping experience and ability. Not the first time either that I've been in there with that. Outside of that the store is clean and staff are helpful but with that lighting environment I just can't spend more then 5 minutes in there. Just some general feedback.

Amazing store, very helpful staff. Loved how Jaspreet helped me find the right fit for me. She waited on me and made sure I had the most comfortable experience throughout my visit. Amazing sale section and definitely recommend coming here. Glad to see some hardworking employees!

I waited in a line of 5 people for 11 minutes while one poor girl helped us all. Three other employees, two who looked like managers, stood at the side of the desk and ignored us all.
Love their clothes but will not come back to this location
