From the first time I walked in when they got their Sleep Token merch I was greeted the second I stepped in the door and offered help. They showed me all the different merch they had and even helped me source some from other locations.
The manager Tyler is amazing and he's picked an awesome staff that I usually end up hanging out with and chatting after my purchases because they're so friendly and we chat music and tattoos.
I've literally been going to Spencer's up and down the West Coast for a decade and this is the best store, with the best staff and the best selection.
10/10 recommend!”

Quinn helped our youngest feel great about their own look and made sure we had all the info for upcoming sales and discount opportunities. We will literally only shop at that Hot Topic when we visit from the Island because of such incredible customer service from Quinn!”

“Gap Factory Outlet surprisingly had what we were looking for. Nice store, nice staff and staff were particularly helpful. With nice staff and nice products, it lead to the sale. Returns with sales receipt accepted within 30 days and does say on the receipt. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again, if this store has products we're looking for.”

“Everytime I shop here it’s such a good experience. The staff are so helpful and even if I’m just window shopping they always make sure to check how I’m doing and let me know what the new product is!! I was recently shopping at both dynamite and garage on June 30th and I had such a good time while shopping. There were 2 girls helping me ones name was AJ and I believe the other was Gurleen, I was looking for one of the new crew necks and AJ really helped me in finding the right size, I let her know I wouldn’t be buying it today but she still went out of her way to help find my perfect size for when I come back! AJ and Gurleen both then helped me find options for what pants and shorts to wear it with and I was interested in what Dynamite had as well and they showed me the some of the different items they had that would go well with the crew neck. Again I just loved the experience I had here and even though they knew I wasn’t buying that day they still were super helpful and inviting. I had asked Gurleen who the manager was and she said AJ, I was like woah! I can really see why her staff is so helpful, she really shows how it’s done and has fun while helping the customers. I definitely will keep shopping here, and it’s one of the best stores for shopping in the mall!”

“Update: I visited again and had a much better experience. The employees were helpful, and change rooms were unlocked. I'm changing my rating. I have also found great deals and great selection at this location!I found some great buys in their clearance but it didn't do me any good since I couldn't try them on. Fitting rooms are locked and no employees to help. One walked up like she was going to open one for me, then she just kept walking right past me and into the back room. Ardene, if you can't assign a fitting room attendant to stay in the area and open the doors, then just leave them unlocked! While you save in avoiding shoplifting, you are losing more in potential sales!”

Lila helped me check that it is in stock in the Richmond store and more than this, she helped call the store to figure out some tech glitch issue and confirm it is actually in stock. She could have just walked away but she really went beyond! Eventually I found and bought this polo shirt from the other store. Thank you so much Lila!”
“Price is good. Many options available. Shopping atmosphere is good. Shopping floor sometimes is dirty, which needs to be improved. Check out speed is ok. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Food court and washrooms are available in short walking distance.”
