After spending thousands of dollars on groceries over the past few years , I had a gift card that the code came off as I scratched it. I simply went in there to see if they can do anything about that but instead, I got accused that I was trying to scam them $30 of a gift card. I will no longer be coming back to this place to do any kind of shopping.

Great No Frills with everything you could need. There was even black earth and mulch outside! Great store for the community of Trail!

Found it difficult to get various varieties of frozen fish( tilapia, mackerel and salmon )around Trail thanks to Nofrills for making life alot easier.

Needed to grab a few things during my stay in Trail, this No Frills is so much better than ours where I live. Fully stocked, clean & well organised. The staff were very helpful as well.

Poor customer service, a lady at cash counter with small haircut acts too rude. Never greet anyone, not even reply to other's greetings.
