“My favorite gym in Trail. You can walk around shirtless and no one bothers you. Great environment for heavy lifts you can scream as loud as you want and staff doesn't bother you. Some equipment is worn down but it just makes it feel like home :) Very big gym and they even have 1 unisex washroom.”

“Theyve got all of the equipment, nothing fancy. Drop-ins are a little pricey. Some of the machines like lat pulldown not working correctly. Friendly staff. The lighting isn't great. No windows. It's a gym.”
