My favorite gym in Trail. You can walk around shirtless and no one bothers you. Great environment for heavy lifts you can scream as loud as you want and staff doesn't bother you. Some equipment is worn down but it just makes it feel like home :) Very big gym and they even have 1 unisex washroom.

The equipment is not new, but it's clean, functional, and plenty of activities to suit all training needs. 24/7 access leaves no excuses, and the staff are very helpful.

I visit trail once or twice a year for work and every time I’m here I drop into this gym.All the staff members are extremely accommodating and responsive when I let them know I’m coming to town.Excellent fitness facility for a small town. Will always come back.
