Impossible to make an appointment here, unable to do it in the online portal, and nobody answers the phone or responds to a voicemail. Going to have to go to Castlegar to get my banking done.

Terrible service, can’t get a meeting, no one phones you back. Stand in line forever only to be told what you need they can’t help you, you need to talk to someone else. No reception area so you can make an appointment. Worse bank in town. Our company is leaving it is so bad

Awful customer service. The girl with the dark hair at the front is extremely rude. I would recommend banking literally anywhere else
