Kaitlyn helped me sell my rental property. My biggest concern was kindness and respect to my tenants. She treated them beautifully which made it easy to show the house.
As a single homeowner, things (or me) got a little stressful and she dealt with the situation at ease. She worked hard to sell the house and I see that as a luxury when dealing with an agent. She’s lovely, charming, knowledgeable, responsive and assertive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in working with a realtor on a significant life change. After forty-four years of being in the same home and four years of talking about moving, we finally did it. Selling one’s house has changed greatly since we bought our home. Me and my fiance have been renting eith 21st century kootney homes for 8 months now. Fantastic service, thorough and they stay ontop of their properties. Ask for darby as shes super friendly :)

Buying a home for the first time is daunting, and Kaitlyn made it a little less scary with her knowledge and help walking us through the process. She was also willing to show us ~30 houses before finding us the one that feels like home and met both of our needs and wants. Couldn’t be happier in our new home and couldn’t recommend Kaitlyn enough!

I've been with this company, primarily working with Tonnie and Charlene for many years (12, I believe). They have both gone above and beyond in managing my property, as if it were their own. They have always taken into account timing of and financial impacts of property upgrades and renter situations; working with tradespeople and renters on my behalf to coordinate. Over the years Charlene and Tonnie have been so reliable, resulting in a growth into friendships that I value.
