Went in to look at the hats. Customer service was wonderful and they have a great selection of Tilley hats. The kind lady offered my doggo a treat and proceeded to extensively help my son find the right sized Tilley hat for his large noggin. Aa result, my son received his birthday gift a little early thanks to her help. I also found my perfect winter hat. Thankful for the wonderful and kind service

The older lady at the cash with glasses was incredibly rude after making a 100$ purchase. Keep your snarky comments to yourself when someone is supporting your small local business. Don’t offer a paper bag for items purchased if it’s going to come with a guilt trip. Unneeded and very hostile. Last time I will support this business after many years of regular purchases . This attitude makes tofitians look bad! You wouldn’t have a business if it wasn’t for tourism so stop acting like an entitled local. You’ll catch more bees with honey

I’m so surprised by the customer service reviews! Perhaps I had a different woman, but the quality of service today was on point, and she was as friendly as any person could be.I found some fabulous shoes, there was a sale happening, and even a fun little draw!Grateful to have stores like these on our adorable peninsula.Recommend.

Bought a pair of boots here and had a great experience! The lady working in the store was helpful and knowledgeable, and assisted us with trying on different sizes and styles, and even proactively provided me with a pair of socks to try on with the boots.

They sell great stuff, however the lady working was so rude to my husband when he asked a question that he just turned around and left.

Went into the store to buy my mother a pair of boots. The lady that help us, little older, grey haired was very short and abrupt. If we werent in need of the boots immediately i would have not given her my business. Rude and unpleasant. Note : i see this is the second complaint this lady has got about her attitude. I really hope its not the owner...

Nice selection of clothing but we've been in a few times only to be barked at by the cranky old woman behind the til. Customer service ain't your thing sweetie!
