Worst customer service ever not recommend at all was go there month ago in end of the June to buy van cleef bracelet when I came home and see one of the stone was cracked call them they said come back to show us when go there they said sorry right now we have only this one new stuff is coming next week we will call you next week when it arrive they didn’t call me then I call after three weeks to ask them it’s arrive their sales lady Aman pick up the call and said I will ask from the owner it’s arrived or not I will call you in ten minutes but nobody call me back then again I go to their store on last Monday they said we didn’t receive yet we have one other broken bracelet we will replace the stone from this one please come back on Friday and pick it up then I go there to pick up still one stone was cracked I show to the owner she said no eh ta oda hi a marha jeha I told her I pay 1400 dollar not to buy the cracked one she said we don’t have any other one I said okay then give me my money back she said no asi ni de sakde they waste my one and half month but didn’t fix anything they waste my time and my money
Be aware from these frauds
There are so many other stores in Payal business centre with good customer service will never go back to this place

Poor service, i wanted to get a necklace and ring as a gift, i called the store and they said send us a message via WhatsApp
never replied. Also the prices are better at other jewellers.
Update as a fyi i have attached screenshots the least you can do is apologise and try to improve.

We bought a gold last weekend, and they charge per piece not by weight if it’s under 10 grams. A matured lady lied on the counter that it’s by piece, not weight and we also called them on same day to verify that how they have charged the price, she said you can come back for exchange the item.
When we went to the store to exchange the item, then they said they charge according to the weight, not per piece. Even the lady who sold us the gold, she didn’t even look and her face was telling that she lied to the customer and don’t even say ‘Hello’ was sitting in the back corner.
When we tried to add more gold over 10 gram, they start adding price according to the gold which they sold by piece last week. We didn’t add up extra gold to lose our money again when they lied again.
I won’t recommend this place to buy jewellery, there are more good and popular jewellers in this area if you want to buy gold in good price. I went to Zevar, because I liked their one design on social sites.

My god
I was told by owner that my 18 k bracelet will be fixed there won’t be any problem
I had to run around 2 weeks.. everytime I’m told to come back
Finally when I went to pick it up they have ruined my bracelet and giving attitudes with tone and excuses
But should have been stopped right away rather than fixing the broken peice and ruining the bracelet

We had the worst experience ever at this place. We bought about $6500 gold jewelry 6 months ago. At that time everyone was helping us as we were there to buy stuff and told us that we are getting better deal. If we even decide to return the items we will get the price we have paid for. We went there to return some of the jewelry. And we were not even offered half of the price which was very disappointing and told us that when we bought it there was a labour charge and rent and bill that the salary they have paid to employees. We get the point of not getting labour price back. But are we supposed to take care of their bill and rent and salary of the employees??With due respect did i pay for labour only when i buy almost 60gm of gold because after 6 month my gold onlyvalue less than 50% of the price I bought

Kartik from zevar has been amazing with the process of designing a ring for my fience. He made my fience the ring exactly what he was looking for. He was there from start to finish.
