Great experience with Z&R auto. I have a very old and neglected truck with tons of issues that other shops were too scared to work on but Z&R stepped up to the challenge. They spent 4 days tearing it apart and carefully inspecting and replacing every single worn component. Their communication was fantastic and they kept me updated and informed every step of the way, which is rare for mechanic shops. They finished the extensive amount of work they needed to do on time which is also rare. The truck drives like a brand new vehicle now and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Highly recommend Z & R !! Not only were they able to take my car on short notice, but they also did a full assessment and fixed my car so that it was back in running condition the same day. Z is very transparent, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. They also have the most competitive pricing on the market. You best believe that I will be going to them for all my future car needs.

My SUV was misfiring so I came to this shop after work. They stayed open until I got there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on what was wrong with my SUV. Before doing any type of work they asked me to come see it first so I knew exactly what was wrong. They are not expensive and definitely cheaper than Kal-tire or any other franchise automotive place. I’ve never met such honest , down to earth mechanics before. They are definitely my go to place for all car related things. Thank you again for all your help.

These are the best mechanics I have found in the lower mainland. Absolutely the best prices and best service I ever seen.I had just gotten a truck from a repo place. Brought it in for inspection on Sunday. Was shown everything in person what problems the truck had. By the next day I had a quote that - that no kidding - was less for parts and labour than the 4 other places I called to just check and see if it was over priced. It was $1699.38 from Z & R. Every other place I called was $1600 for just the labour. Not including the parts!Literally the day after that Z&R got me in at the end of the day and even stayed till 9pm (and they closed at 4pm) when the work was finished. And there was no extra costs for labour!!!!!You cannot get a better mechanic shop than Z & R.I fully recommend them. Seriously get your vehicle in here if needed.I’m now going to be bringing my whole company fleet here.You got a life long customer now.

Had an excellent experience taking a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. They not only performed the inspection quickly and throughly, but brought us in to show and explain some of the ware and tear. They did this honestly and with great patience at some of our questions. Would definitely recommend Z and R for their good work and honest transparency.

Best customer service in town. Ray went beyond explaining what is needed and how it's done. Ray is very knowledgeable.The shops open policy means customers like my self can see what how the job is getting done and builds trust. Will be back soon.

There was a creaking sound coming from my front right wheel. They said it's a problem with brakes and need to replace them even though they were replaced just a year ago. They even asked for deposit to order the brakes and couldn't be sure if both front and rear would change. I then took the car to my local mechanic and found that it was only a rock that was stuck and had no issue with brakes whatsoever.Not happy with their diagnosis and won't go back here again.

I wish I could them starts in -Negative. I was supposed to drop off a U-Haul truck at this location on August 08, 2023. On August 07, 2023, someone called me from this location and told me that they are open after 12:00 PM. I made myself available, changing all my schedule for 1:00 PM and to my surprise, there was no one and location was closed. There was a phone number mentioned to call and I tried 4-5 times but no one answered the call.I would not at all recommend such a business to deal with who do not care about there customers.
