I had a great experience at Go Mitsubishi Langley. I dealt with Vipul who was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful, He was extremely thorough in understanding what i was looking for and explaining the different options for each car. I would highly recommend going to see Vipul if you are looking for a new car.

Come to this dealership if you want to be absolutely bombarded with text messages and phone calls about a potential purchase. If they couldn’t get ahold of me from one of their phone numbers, they would try again from another salesman’s phone, followed by a text message. I received a very frustrating amount of calls from multiple salesmen and sales managers over the course of 2 days about a car I was interested in. I had originally put down a $500 deposit on a vehicle to hold it while I figured out my finances and ultimately make a final decision. I spoke to my sales rep and told him on a Sunday (the morning after I had gone in and gave a deposit) that I would be back either that following Monday or Tuesday. Since that conversation I received 14 missed calls and 3 text messages from Sunday afternoon until Tuesday afternoon. This was extremely annoying & offputing. When I went in Tuesday afternoon to let them know I was no longer interested in this vehicle, all salesman immediately because visibly annoyed. They changed their tone and body language and nobody would make eye contact with us. As soon as they found out they weren’t going to make a sale, they decided I wasn’t wasn’t even worth a smile. I asked for my refundable $500 back, and it took 3 staff members trying to sell me the car as a last ditch effort before I finally told them I am NOT buying a vehicle from you before someone finally came and gave me my money back.

I want to say that I arrived today to bring my car in for servicing. While I knew that there would be 2 hours' wait, a salesman named Mark Zhao, who sparked a friendly conversation with me. After building some rapport, he offered for me to test drive a 2024 outlander hybrid EV. We discussed cars fully. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and charming. Mitsubushi should be proud to have such an amazing asset. I've had many experiences with salespeople, and he has a genuine love to serve peoples needs. Thank you. And the car service was great ?.

The good news: our mitsubishi phev is great so far.
The bad: careless with personal information
The other good: the parts dept stepping in the fix a problem from sales.
The not so good: our sales contract had a number of errors all in the dealerships favor. They were all corrected but if we hadn't thoroughly reviewed everything we wouldn't have known until far too late.
Also when I requested to speak with the sales manager to address the above issue I waited 20 minutes on a very slow Monday afternoon and no one came out. Thanks.
As well, when we went in, a photocopy of a previous customer's driver's license was left unattended on a desk. I mentioned it to the sales rep and he said ours wouldn't be left out but did nothing about the one already there. Our personal data may not be important for you but it definitely is for us.

I can’t express how grateful I am for Nate’s help with my car. He’s truly the kind of person you want in your corner when anything goes wrong with your vehicle. From the moment I reached out, Nate was on top of everything. Not only did he fix the issue I was having, but he also made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. His knowledge and expertise are second to none, but what really makes Nate stand out is his dedication to his clients. Nate’s always there to answer any questions I’ve got, no matter what time it is. Even after hours, he’s just a call or text away, ready to help out. That kind of dedication is hard to find, and I really appreciate it. It’s clear he’s not just in it for the job—he genuinely wants to make sure you’re taken care of. What really stood out to me was when Nate helped me set up my dash cam. I’m not exactly a tech expert, but he made everything super easy to understand. He walked me through the whole process, making sure I knew how everything worked. It’s those little things that really show how much he cares. If you’re looking for someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also genuinely cares about your experience, Nate is your guy. I’m so thankful for all of his help, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Nate, you’re the best—thank you for everything!

If I can give 0 stars I would. About a year ago my wife and I purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander from this dealership. Fast forward a year later and the right side of the touchscreen doesn’t work. Screen display works but the touch doesn’t work.
1 year ago before purchasing the vehicle, we went over the vehicles current warranty and these salespeople said the warranty covered electronics, entertainment systems etc. But to our surprise a year later, they lied to us as we requested the screen to be fixed or replaced.
DO NOT do business with these crooks and liars. They cared more about the sale than our warranty needs. Mitsubishi is a great vehicle, but these people represent Mitsubishi as a crooked vehicle manufacture.
I’d recommend visiting another Mitsubishi dealer, or look elsewhere for a vehicle. But stay away from these people.

May be their finance manager’s name is Jay. We had good meeting with the sales associate before. The last one with Jay went in a bad direction, we felt his way of talking, speech was very aggressive and slightly uncomfortable. Feels like the customer service level are going down day by day when people treat you like “if dont buy a car, someone else will”. Surely not coming back to go langley.
