Worse associates and worst management. Extremely rude and not withstanding with the TJX Customer service values. The old asian lady and the asian manager were super hard to deal with. Remember TJX used to be one of the best places a couple years ago, sad to see whats it’s becoming.

Don't recommend, staff was generally very helpful/friendly. However, when I inquired about a possible discount for a damaged shirt I intended to buy (the anti-theft colour tag had gone off and there was a small rip around the collar of the shirt) I was told by Priya (or preya, didn't catch the spelling) no discount could be given due to there being no "damage" to the shirt. She was very dismissive and seemed as though she wanted to get me out of her hair. I asked for her name and was given it by another employee. I overheard her say that "we don't give out names" I suppose in fear of a bad review (oops, too bad). For the employees of a large corporation like Winners/homesense to not even be able to give out a small discount is ridiculous. Very unsatisfied, one and a half stars

This Winners location is great place with good variety of products at reasonable price.
Staff is very friendly.. lady named Pratima is a pleasant face and a great support who is awesome and goes beyond the call of her duty to serve the customers....I enjoyed shopping at this location!

Shop at Winners and you are surely a winner ! The items are reasonably priced and it is so easy for you to find the items that you need because the store is so organized. The staff are approachable and friendly. They have enough cashiers to accommodate the customers to avoid a long cue.
