Winners was one of my favorite place to shop around. We wait for manager in jewelry department for 20 min. MANAGER SHAVNAM was on duty. Very poor customer service. So rude and disrespectful. We will never come back to this location.

I love winners and HomeSense. My only complaint about this location is I get hot in there for some reason even though they do have fans on now I don’t know. I guess they’ll get hot in there. I’ve heard other say the same but that’s the only complaint really sometimes they’ll do staff openings right and opening. That’s a little interesting because they’re doing it while you’re shopping there. So I thought those should be held at different times but when are they supposed to do that? because then the employees need to get paid properly too, so I understand.
other than that, it’s been hit or miss as always with this store or any of the winner stores with selection and pricing you don’t know what you’ll get. It’s always an adventure. I recommend this place. Come check it out. You never know what you might find.

It's my favorite place to visit. Always find something nice. Just need to be a bit more organized. Staff needs to be trained to help customers as customers, not how they look.

I recently visited HomeSense and was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service my fiancee and I received. While browsing the store, I encountered staff who were far from friendly. One particular incident stood out when a staff member gave me a very dirty look simply because I didn't move out of her way fast enough nor did she take the time to ask if we needed help with finding what we were looking for. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I expected better treatment as a customer.

Horrible treatment from manager when a customer in line decided to buy a painting I had carried to the front myself, had them put MY name on the painting at the front to hold since it didn't fit in cart, and the manager said since some other guy in line said he wanted it and paid while I was continuing shopping it's his now. Like WHAT?! Manager basically said too bad. We shop here multiple times a week and will not return to this location again. Disgusted

Anchal the store manager is very rude and unprofessional. We bought the bag and it was damaged but she does not care about at all. The way she handle the situation is very bad.

Had an awesome experience at Homesense in Strawberry Hill, all thanks to Ahmad! Even though it was closing time, Ahmad was super helpful in finding us the perfect table set. He went the extra mile, checking the product, addressing our concerns, and making sure everything was wrapped up nicely. Plus, he even helped us with moving everything to the car. Ahmad's positive vibe and dedication to customers really made our day. Big thanks, Ahmad!
