Walked into this store feeling stressed because I didn’t know anything about wood products. I showed the team at Windsor what I needed and they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! Walked out feeling 100 pounds lighter knowing I got everything I needed in just one stop. They loaded it all up for me and I didn’t have to lift a finger… literally! I’m very impressed therefore I think I found my forever supplier ??

Had a unique door problem and issue finding spmething to work for the big fat trailer reno. The manager just happened to have a solution stashed away in a corner that worked out perfect! Great service and problem solved.Don't be afraid to ask for help from the finishing experts

I received wood that had defects and they took it back and replaced it even though my goods had well passed their return date. It was fair on both sides and a good judgement call on their part as I'll be coming back.

Ditch the big box stores and use these guys. The manager James here went above and beyond helping us with our new stair case project. He ordered in the parts we needed, and the prices are very competitive... He cut some wood I needed cutting, and offered some advice on the project. He is a red seal carpenter... so he knows what he is talking about. Treats the staff well too, well we were there pizza arrived for them and he commented "have to feed the staff to keep them happy". This is a place that cares about your needs, and sounds like they are working on prices and inventory overall. Highly recommend a visit.

I came and bought some walnut for my River resin table. The live edge selection wasn’t huge but enough. the staff was really nice and helpful. They helped me find the tools, helped me cut the wood to length, and lifted things to my car.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!This location is ideal and has easy access to their warehouse from either 72nd St or 138th Ave. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly!James, the NEW MANAGER, can answer any question you ask and then helps you carry and load your purchase to your vehicle.The prices have also dropped on several items so I'll definitely be back for more fixtures.THANK YOU NEW MANAGEMENT!
