These guys fit me in last minute to do some work on my transmission the day before I had a big road trip and got it all done plus some extra work in only a few hours for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back for future work

I'm really pleased to have found these guys, (I'm not easily pleased), but on Customer Service, Price and just really nice to deal with. I remember using them a long time ago, & was happy to see they were still in business. White Rock Automotive Services is my new go to place to service my 2002 Mazda. Thanks guys!

Come here if you want to replace tires that don't need to be replaced, my out of province inspection stated that all 4 tires need to be replaced, after working with the BC commercial vehicle inspection officer, none of the tires needed to be replaced. Saved myself $1500. Know what your rights are when you come here.

White Rock automotive was able to get my car in right away and replaced my front breaks. I was able to get my car back in a few hours and everything turned out great. There quote was lower then other automotive shops around and the final price was true to there quote.

Excellent Service! Trustworthy and Honest! Lately the Toyota Dealership has been suggesting expensive work that wasn't actually necessary. My experience at White Rock Auto was disappointing. During a call, the manager's unprofessional response included laughter and a refusal to discuss my concerns calmly.Adding to the frustration, I visited the shop three times to address squeaky front brakes, which remained unresolved. What stood out was an unnecessary $180 charge for rear brake lubrication during my second visit, without mentioning the need for new rear brakes. When I inquired, the front desk attendant, Alex, suggested checking the invoice, though I was never informed that such vital details would be there.In total, I was billed $860 for front brake service and unnecessary lubrication. Alex never informed me about my low brake wear during the second visit, contrary to their usual practice of notifying customers at the 20% mark.What was interesting is how I was at 30% the second visit, and now under 20% a few weeks later? This left me puzzled and dissatisfied.To sum up, my experience was unsatisfactory, primarily due to the unjustified $180 charge. I recommend avoiding White Rock Auto.

I came here after having a negative experience at a different shop and White Rock Auto exceeded my expectations. Alex was extremely communicative and kind, listened to my auto concerns and was upfront and honest about what I did and did not need done. There was some confusion when I arrived for my appointment as the system showed a different time than what was scheduled. They resolved the issue and got me help with my check airbag warning light. Excellent service. They followed up a few months later to make sure everything was still working. Above and beyond my expectations!
