Absolutely worst pharmacy ever, terrible service, would not recommend, takes advantage and pretends to consult so they can bill for money. They used to be good with the original people who used to work there but the new people and pharmacist are horrendous!

I wish I could give this place negative marks because the way the daytime weekday pharmacist treats ppl, she acts like she thinks she's God or something. I wish I knew her name but with the chip on her shoulder that she boldly presented EVERYDAY, was enough to make me not Care what it was. There used to be a different lady, and not knowing her name I feel terrible about because she was wonderful. There was a redhead named Chad same thing- not only a great pharmacist, but was kind to ALL clients. Even now, the man that works on the weekend is absolutely great, but the ignorance of the woman who thinks she is better than existence itself, has got to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with who has to deal with the public. I went in one day and said hi, and she had the audacity to ignore me and not even acknowledge me for almost 10 mins when the pharmacy was empty- which it usually is now and it wouldn't shock me if the reason for that was all because of her and he holier than thou attitude.

I enjoy going to this pharmacy as they remember their returning customers. They try to help out as much as they can, and by doing so, they go above and beyond their duties! They've helped me out with my sons eczema and suggested using a cream when it's a mild rash instead of using the strong cream when it becomes really bad. I have not had to use his prescription cream since we got the other cream!

Previous experience has been exceptional and it's been a benefit having you right beside my physician at NewGen. Because I get lots of prescriptions, I always give days to1-week notice of prescription renewal. If there's not a renewal available, they have always said "we don't have a prescription for that one but I'll send a fax next door" and they helpfully send a fax next door to get it renewed. Like I said, helpful. And, if there's a problem then the advance notice gives me time to talk to my doctor if necessary. To date, not necessary. Until this week when I had to deal with the female pharmacist (I don't know her name). I phoned in the morning after giving a week's notice, stating I'll be in later in the afternoon. She had no idea what I was talking about even though she was the one I originally talked to about renewal and emphasized why I was calling in with so much lead. She took about 5-minutes to look in her computer and look around but came back with "there's nothing here for you". I reminded her about how I have normally had the pharmacy talk to the next door folks to get a renewal if necessary and she started to yell and belittle me stating "it's my responsibility to make sure there are prescriptions submitted". I acknowledged this but practice has been ... blah .. blah. OMG, I've never been treated with such disrespect. About 10-minutes of her saying "it's not our job ...", and "we're not here to provide that kind of service". My response was "I don't have a problem making a phone appointment and having my doctor renew them but for 4-years (since their opening), we've been doing it the other way and that I've been appreciative of that service". All they have to do is NOT tell me "they were going to send it over for approval" and I'd have to make an appointment with my dr. No problem - if that's what they said. But they didn't and so I expected the normal service. What an episode. When I went in to pick up the one prescription they did renew - coincidentally the one ordered a week earlier of which she couldn't remember the call, I advised Sonny (the male pharmacist who I am assuming is the supervisor), that a customer should never be treated with such disrespect and be yelled at. She started to come forward to the desk to respond when I was talking to Sonny. I raised my finger to ask her to give me a minute and she started to stay "don't you point your finger at me ...". I am going to finish with this last prescription which is partially processed and I will never go back there again. I am a senior who has been using this pharmacy since it opened. Despite the convenience of going here and the flexibility given before with helping out, I would rather stand in the Costco line than deal with this woman ever again!!!
