I was purchasing stuff through the self checkout and I was made to feel like a criminal by some old east Indian lady. She was extremely rude. Screaming at me in some other language. She did not want to hear logic in English. Make changes. I spent $300 a week here but am switching to superstore

I wasn’t feeling great but had to get groceries, thought I’d go before it got too busy website says they open at 7:00 am . No 8:00 am and still waiting for store to open. Is it really so difficult to update your website!

I was looking for electric breastfeeding pump and waited more than 30 minutes to get a help from an associate in the infant section. Associate name was Simran and she was the only one had the key to the lockup. A pathetic and miserable experience.

5 stars for DIKSHA in the South Surrey Walmart at customer service. She went and found the product we had tried to find on 2 different visits and with 2 other employees. This visit I was recovering from an injured ankle and VERY MUCH appreciated that DIKSHA didn't make me walk thru a third time.

I admit it's clean and well-organized, BUT I think the employees there are not qualified and rude. I hated the way they handled an issue in the store when someone anonymously used pepper spray. Everyone started coughing and sneezing, but they didn't evacuate or even warn people. I didn’t realize what had happened until my two kids and I started coughing really badly. When I went to pay for my shopping, I noticed all the employees had put masks on. I don’t understand what they were thinking because there were a lot of elderly people and infants.
Othre thing is that the cashier tried to trick me into signing up for a credit card. He asked three times, and when I refused, he tried again by telling me I could get all these goods for free. I said, 'Sorry, I don’t want it,' and his facial expression became really unpleasant and aggressive.

Absolutely gross and everything is broken looks like how I picture a walmart in India looking bathroom soap dispenser broken the other empty because you know who needs soap definitely not the employees water fountain broken walls gross and caved in nothing has been fixed I don't suggest going here shop at superstore

Quality of goods and services have deteriorated significantly over the years. I thought it couldn’t get any worse but I was wrong.
Today some racist comments were spoken by a male cashier. Even when being called out he proceeded to make condescending comments and aggressively tried to get you to sign up for Mastercard even after telling him we already had one. Not a single sign of shame on his face. We will take our business elsewhere.
