I am a frequent client at Ronsons in Semiahmoo mall as I need shoes that have removable insoles for my orthotics. The ladies are extremely knowledgeable about all the shoes and how they fit. If my size is not in the store, they will check other stores and order it so I can try the shoes to see how they fit before purchasing. I appreciate the helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service I always receive.

I miss Harry. The replacement staff needs more training. I still recommend this pharmacy for personalized treatment.

I've stopped here 2 times this summer and both times i found the staff to be amazing and accommodating. The first time i was on my own trying to select some shoes for my mom. Excellent help was provided. The second time my mom was with me and the same folks provided the same excellent service. They were even kind enough to stay a few minutes past closing both times (humble apologies for causing that! ). All in all, an excellent experience.

When I walked in the store, I wasn't greeted for ~5 minutes (didn't bother me), I presumed because there were 2 people behind the counter and one in front, that they were helping someone else. An employee approached me and asked if I would like to try any shoes on, and she was bringing out shoes fairly quickly. Her assistance and suggestions were helpful. The people around the counter never went away, i thought they were customers but I realized they are family. The father (I assume he's the father) was standing by the desk looking around. The mother walked in the store as I was trying on shoes and said something like "oh you're making a sale!" To the lady helping me. It felt uncomfortable as she had not made a sale yet, I was trying on shoes.I did buy one pair and made my way to the counter. The four family members were by the counter. If you've been in there, it's a fairly small store and it felt very crowded. They were having social conversations while I was there and the mom asked the daughter (while she was ringing me up) if she would try on some shoes. It would have been nice for her to wait a few minutes until i left the store.It could just he me but I felt really uncomfortable with the amount of people standing around not doing work related things and being occasionally stared at while i perused the store. I'm hoping that writing this, they may take this information into consideration for future customers. At shoes easily $200 and above, it would be nice to have an experience that is more professional.

This should allow for zero star rating to truly reflect their poor return policy/client care! Purchased a pair of overpriced ronsons there and tried returning (within policy date) due to the extent of strain and fatigue their shoes exert on the soles of my feet, but the manager was rude enough to falsely claim they were worn out! (also claiming that if she exchanged them, I'd be returning the new pair too! etc, etc..) and wouldn't care to exchange or even offer tangible consolation, instead walking away from me as if I wasn't there...I was flabbergasted at the way she ignored my right to return those shoes and dealt with a customer such as myself just to save the enterprise from 'people who return shoes'!...that only adds insult to injury..I may have received some fair treatment if those in such positions had no prejudices or false assumptions about clients like myself...worst experience ever..

Looking for a new pair of shoes. Ronsons always has styles that I like.The staff were friendly and covid protocals were in effect. Unfortunately I did not find anything I liked.

Bought a pair of sandals that broke down in 6 weeks. Returned them and was given a pair same size (my mistake, I didn't try them on), next day put them on and they were smaller so I phoned the store. Was told straight exchange and they didn't have the next size. No one suggested calling another store to see if they had the size I need... so I ended up with sandles that are smaller than what I paid for. Not good service in my opinion.
