I have known Gagan and Muskaan for 12 years now. I highly recommend this store, they have so much to select from. The outfits exceed my expectations. The team is also amazing, very helpful.

I've been to Vivah so many times and I'm still in awe every time I go. I've been lucky enough to be helped out by Jas multiple times and she always find me the perfect piece. She understands exactly what I want and makes me feel so excited about buying the perfect suit. Can't wait for the next time I'm there!

I initially had a great experience with Muskan purchasing a lehenga. My alterations were included in the price of the lehenga and she sent me to Sheela, their seamstress, to get these alterations done. This is where everything went downhill.Sheela kept my lehenga for over a month even though Vivah said alterations would only take 10 days. She wouldn't answer my calls. I finally contacted Vivah for help and the man who answered the phone said "they never heard of me.. never do alterations..". He was so defensive and blatantly kept lying on the phone. It was really disturbing to me how dishonest he was instead of trying to help me. I didn't argue at all but it was extremely stressful knowing I'd have to handle this myself. Especially when Sheela does not speak English and we have a language barrier between us.When I finally got a hold of Sheela, she kept changing the pickup time. When we finally agreed on a pickup time, we went there and she didn't even start the alterations. So I had to sit there for 3+ hours with my mother while she did the alterations. In this time, I saw so many Vivah Collection customers come in and out of Sheela's kitchen..the majority of them upset and arguing with Sheela about their alterations.Sheela did the most horrible job on my alterations. I am not interested in arguing with people so I left knowing I'd have to pay someone else to fix this mess she created. I didn't know her alterations would be so horrendous that the first few shops I went to literally turned down doing repairs on my lehenga because she did such an awful job.Thank you Vivah for sending me to Surrey's worst seamstress, taking 0 accountability and leaving me stressed out of my mind. This is an experience I will not be repeating because I will never be back.

I have been shopping at Vivah Collection for almost five years now. Gagan and his team did an amazing job customizing my outfits for my wedding a few years back. Moreover, they put together beautiful pieces for my family as well. I continue to come back to Vivah for their customer service and experience. Jas is my go to person at Vivah; she is kind, understanding and goes the extra mile to find pieces that meet the customers wishes!

As we all know shopping for a wedding is so hard and insane. I am the sister of the bride and had the opportunity to assist with colour matching my family and the grooms family. We wanted the families to match and look cohesive.Everyone at Vivah was so accommodating, worked really hard to complete our vision and always made me feel welcomed. I cannot stress the amount of patience, empathy, and knowledge they had in regards to fashion. Thank you Gagan, Muskan, and Rick.To be honest there are only a few stores at pyal business centre I would go to and Vivah Collection being one!I had an amazing experience. Thank you so much and see you for the next wedding. Xx

I got my wedding lengha from vivah and has the best experience! Gagan and Muskan were beyond patient with me and allowed me to take my time on my decisions and helped me and my family through the process.They have so much knowledge about fashion and never guide you wrong. I felt like I was in great hands and I knew I could trust them. They delivered the most beautiful custom lengha for me! I can’t wait to wear it and will defiantly be shopping at vivah again

I would like to share my experience shopping for my bridal lehenga at Vivah. From the first day I went to look at outfits Muskan was nothing than amazing. As a bride who had no idea what she wanted. Muskan was patient and offered helpful tips. My outfit came way earlier than expected and fit like a glove. She was kind enough to help me with measurements for a saree I did not even purchase their store. She went above and beyond. She always greeted us with kindness everytime we went in to look for my families outfits and always made time for us even if she was busy. Thank you Muskan for making my bridal experience nothing but perfect. You made us feel like family.

I really enjoyed my experience at vivah! Being a non-south Asian bride, finding a bridal lengha was very overwhelming, however Vivah made my experience as comfortable as possible. I am in-love with my outfit and can’t wait to show it off on my big day! Thank you for your service and help!!!

I had a wonderful time shopping here for my wedding! They were very accommodating and kind. I ordered my reception lengha and my partners wedding outfit. I was also able to find the majority of my pre-wedding outfits as they have a beautiful selection of ready made and unstitched suits. Overall I had a great experience!

Since first going to Vivah in January to place my bridal lengha order, to then my sangeet and reception outfits, I have been met with nothing but kindness, understanding, and the willingness to work with my budget. All three outfits arrived on time, two of which were early, in budget and they fit like a glove. Thank you Gagan and Muskan for making my bridal shopping easy and fun!

The manager (@may 29, noon) was very helpful. Took the time to let me show him the fit, and he offered advice on ways in which I could possibly adjust it, and recommended me a tailor.

I have heard a lot about this store but today i went in for my bridal lehnga shopping and i was not even allowed to try them on, they told me that i should come back next year because my wedding is next year. I told him I want to get everything done this year so i do not want to stress next year. Instead of showing me the outfits he said why would you want to wear a old style lehnga. They think they are number 1 and we are not good enough to try their outfits. I do not recommend going here at all. There was no one trying bridal lehnga so i do not know what was the issue if i tried it on. Please do not waste your time in a place that does not respect your opinions. There are better places to go to.

I don’t usually put bad reviews but this was heights. The staff was incredibly rude and arrogant. Didn’t even let us see what’s in the store. I came here with expectation of good service and to buy dresses for my cousin’s wedding but they didn’t even bother to show something. They just told us to browse on their insta page and buy it from there. Never experienced such an awful service in Canada. Don’t go there, they don’t even know the c of customer service. Very very bad experience.

I had amazing service at Vivah throughout my whole experience. I ordered my wedding dress a few months ago and wanted to make some changes. They were very accommodating and helpful and always made me feel welcomed. My dress finally arrived last week and it is stunning!! Amazing quality, fabrics, colours, and embroidery. 100% recommend Vivah!
