Great communication and detailed report of issues of the vehicle. No upselling of services. I would recommend others take their vehicles here for repair. Only issue is their car rental services. Don’t expect a fully new car but not a deal breaker in anyway.

The folks are super helpful and explain everything prior to work commencing. The inspection report is world-class and prioritized which is a great help if you need to budget needs vs wants. They communicate often so you always know the status on your vehicle. Excellent.

Took my car here in the last week with an electral issue that was beyond my ability to resolve. Vischer Pau were able to look at the vehicle the same day and found the issue pretty quickly. I really appreciate the service and will definitely be taking my vehicles here again in the future.

I brought in my 2006 Pontiac Torrent.
With an electrical issue. The counter staff was very kind and got my car in at 2pm same day and was done by 4. Without pressure they showed me pictures of issues my car has and will need attention at some point. They understood I only wanted to keep the car for another year and let me know what to keep an eye on and understood I wanted to be frugal lol.
I will be back for service of my new vehicle next year :)

We have taken each of our vehicles here multiple times. I cannot say enough about the amazing service. They communicate constantly and are never pressuring.
