Beautiful and clean yoga studio. They have complete yoga props for students. The moment you stepped in, the front desk greeted you warmly. I was there for a Dharma Yoga workshop with their amazing yoga teacher, Michelle, and it was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience in the beautiful studio. I also met another great yoga teacher, Maria, here. I would definitely come back to this beautiful yoga studio.

I love Vayusha Yoga-it’s my happy place. Beautiful space with lots of windows so you are surrounded by nature. Excellent instructors, great community. I have always left feeling happy I went to class.

I've been attending Cathy's class every Wednesday night for more than 2 years. This is a great community of people with some really excellent instructors. The owners were very accommodating with memberships during yoga closures and did everything they could to continue offering classes.The studio is clean and inviting with a convenient location. Can't say enough about how much I enjoy Vayusha.

Almost done my 1 month trial pass. This studio is amazing, great teachers, huge room with big windows all around. Such a nice peaceful vibe for yoga classes. All the girls at reception are great as well. Will definitely be taking more classes here. Definitely a hidden gem.

Loved the prenatal yoga with Denise. She was a fabulous teacher that offered lots of flexibility in poses depending and on how your pregnancy was treating you that day. During the course of the classes she would offer helpful tips and stretches to use at home depending on what aches and pains your were experiencing as well as things that helped in labour.

I have been a member for almost 10 years when it started in the old, old location. It has always been a community studio. I have been living out of the country for two years and it feels like coming home when joining a class. Thank you CJ for the great class.

I really enjoyed the class. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Great way to end a long day. The instructor was very helpful and gave me the little extra help I needed due to my first time. Thank you for a nice experience. See you again Saturday morning.

Had my first class today with my partner and I LOVED it. I’ve been looking for a place that truly practices yoga rather than the western “fitness yoga” that’s more popular these days. Still feeling amazing after Brownyns flow class this morning :) 100% recommend this place if anyone is looking for great people, atmosphere and true yoga practice that isn’t too crowded either! :)

Every time I come to White Rock I go for a class here. Great studio with friendly, knowledgeable instructors and a good variety of classes. Would definitely recommend!
