After calling about an alignment quote, I immediately appreciated the kindness (not rushed or condescending nature I have experienced elsewhere) of Chris. I bought some used tires at country tire a week ago and experienced slight pulling after getting them on. I wanted to take my car to an independent shop that wouldn’t overcharge and underdeliver. This place checked my alignment, suspension, tire pressure and ended up swapping two tires and only charged me for a bit of labour. Super thankful for the kind service and the peace of mind there isn't anything majorly wrong with my car. Worth a call to this shop!

I am very impressed with the prompt service and HONESTY! I was told by another mechanic shop I needed a costly repair in which I fully believed I needed done. After their diagnosis they told me that repair did not need to be done. They also advised me on the warranty of a part and did not try to just sell me a replacement. I will be returning to have all my repair & maintenance done through them.

Had my front crank shaft seal serpentine belt and engine coolant changed vehicle was ready as promised Chris is amazing and really reasonable in cost.

Took our VW Tiguan to three different shops including the WV dealer. Every shop just plugged in their diagnostic computer and did what code came up and still our engine light came on.Finally took the Tiguan into Vancouver transmission and the knowledgeable tech actually knew how the car worked and found the issue. Thanks to Chris and his team especially the mechanic Dave who fixed our car, such a stress relief to drive a working car with no engine light.

Very good experience. Have used cars checked before buying. Very friendly, everything went quickly. The first car was problematic and not recommended for purchase. The mechanic said if the dealer does something strange we can call if we need help as we are inexperienced in a foreign country. The second car was then found to be good, which was also shown in the 20,000km journey.
The mechanic's dealings with other customers also seemed very pleasant and trusting.

Great overall experience. 10/10 for service, quality, honesty and workmanship. I dealt with Chris since I had gotten there and I am recommending this place to everyone that I know. They have knowledgable technicians, very fair with their costs, and main thing is they did not push any unnecessary repairs on me that other places would have encouraged me to get done. Best part is the work that was done is warrantied so I know that my vehicle is in good shape and was in good hands while at the shop. They did the service within the scheduled time-frame and I am very satisfied with how my vehicle drives. Again, 10/10 for service. I can see why this place gets the reviews that they do! They have a great team and everyone that helped me starting from the front of the shop to diagnosing/performing my repairs in the back for great. Chris was so friendly and patient with taking the time to explain things making sure I knew what I was getting done to the car and what my concerns were. A very honest business that charges fairly. They even finished everything a day early! Great work.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I brought my VW Golf here in hopes of resolving a downshifting issue. The first day I brought my car here, it was driven and I was told it shifts okay. I was charged $112 for the estimate. Apparently diagnostics checked out and there were no issues. The co-owner recommended a transmission fluid flush and filter replacement because the current fluid was dark. He said it would help to resolve the downshifting issue as nothing else was identified to be the problem. I brought my car back again to have the service completed, and they test drove my car twice this time, still telling me there is nothing wrong. When I went to pay, I was still being charged the estimate price, even though it was clear it would be deducted from the total cost. Only because I said something did he remove the estimate cost of $92, which was before taxes. I paid an additional $290 after the transmission fluid flush and filter replacement was finished. As soon as I left the shop, the same downshifting issue happened while driving two blocks away. I spent a total of nearly $400 for the same exact problem to still exist. I wanted a refund, but no their warranty does not cover anything but the filter replacement. I spoke to the co-owner after I left and he asked me to bring my car back so he could drive it. Why do you need to drive my car 4 times before noticing there is a major issue ? Why should I spend more money bringing it back to a place that cannot even figure out what is wrong with a basic automatic transmission ? I would not trust this shop nor spend any more money here. This place is a scam that wastes time and money for poor work along with bad customer service.Service: Transmission

I went today at this shop first time.Took my daughter’s car Honda Civic problem with misfire. It was diagnosed by Jonker Honda Dealer and told us need new injectors, estimated cost $2000 .Service advisor Chris at Vancouver Transmission treated us with respect and get diagnosed by his technician. You know what they changed spark plugs only and car is running now just like a brand new.I would like to say thank you so much to Chris his technicians. Honest and very fair charges for the job they did. It cost me more than 75% less than Honda dealers.Thank You Again
