The team at south surrey is amazing. Chanel is very helpful. The whole team is great.But your new team at customer service at head office was not polite . Not all but this one lady. This happened first time since, I m urban barn customer from a very long time. Never happened before.

BUYER BEWARE!I spent thousands of dollars buying furniture at urban barn and they will not replace my cushions for my mondo chairs THAT FELL APART IN THREE YEARS OF USE. They sell you on the claim of extended furniture warranty and they don’t follow through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shawna was so helpful in helping us furnish our townhouse. She helped us create a foundation and then added details to make our home unique. She asked all the right questions, re-directed us when we felt overwhelmed, and even helped us with delivery of items.

My husband and I recently moved and needed new furniture to downsize. We shopped at a local Urban Barn and were very interested in the type of furniture that was displayed. As we will be purchasing for a few rooms, we were impressed with the artwork, the sectionals and bar stools to name a few pieces. The nesting tables were perfect and the drapes were of the kind we were looking for. Staff were very helpful and the store was clean and nicely staged.We are looking forward to the new counter stools we purchased and are keen to go back and purchase more items for the living room. After calling to ensure the product I wanted was at the store, I drove an hour to the store and was told the system was down. The last time I was at Urban Barn a couple of months ago, the system was also down but they were at least taking payments. There were no other options for purchasing and no options for shipping to a closer store. I was told I could call the next day to pay and secure the product. I called the next day and was told that there was no one at the store that could do that and would need to call another day. Very frustrating to buy two photo frames!
