I've been going to Raj and Uptown Salon and Spa for years for their excellent facials and threading services. Recently, I had Raj do my hair, and I am thrilled with the results! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!

Overall bad experience. Ive been to a lot of hair salons and this is the first place where my hairstylist started washing and doing her own hair while i was waiting for the bleach to process. Then, with no words spoken to me i had another lady washing my hair while my stylist was finishing her own hair and again not paying attention to me she just left. After waiting for 30 min they finally figured out what toner to use but that didnt help my hair at all. I asked for highlights and now i have yellow bangs and the rest of my hair is brown. Not sure what her technique was but my highlights never looked so streaky and uneven. When i say that they didnt speak to me, i mean it. In other hair salons i was always asked what tone of the hair i prefer, if i want tea or coffee, if i want to show a picture of the hair i want. Here it was just complete silence. I payed almost $300 for my highlights and keep in mind that my hair is just a bit below my shoulders and super thin. The receipt was not offered and just in general the price did not match the service. I think for the service that was provided even paying $100 would be too much. At the end i was hoping for the usual question i get “would you like to style your hair straight or curls” but nope the random lady who was finishing my hair and im saying random because they never explained who she was started straightening my hair and at the end i looked so bad that i had to rush to my car without people seeing me. I will never return and now im gonna look for another place to re do my hair. I did not ask for a refund which is my fault but at least i can write this review for people who want to dye their hair at this place. My advice, dont.

I had my third treatment today of the Morphius 8 today. Raj at Uptown is so knowledgeable and professional and my experiences there have been wonderful. I highly recommend them and I will be going back for a facial next month. Thank you Raj

I was fighting with acne for the past 2 years and tried several treatments elsewhere which did not workout for me. I came across Uptown Salon and Spa through Instagram and starting from the consultation till the end of treatment, Raj was just exceptional at conducting the treatment. She suggested the Morpheus 8 treatment for me and I took 3 treatments. From the first treatment I started seeing the results and I can confidently vouch that she is extremely professional at what she does and explains through the process. In addition to the above, her team ( especially Simran) is just very welcoming and its a sense of overwhelming experience to come back and try out several other services at the Uptown Salon & SpaOverall 5 stars to their dedication and exceptional service :)

I got Pico Sure treatment for melasma done by Simran . It was fantastic & I was v pleased with the results! Actually I started seeing the results after first treatment itself . Originally I was too scared to get it done as I had bad experience with another doctor in Surrey . Thank you to staff at the spa & the owner Raj who is v sweet & provides you with packages for your needs.

Excellent clean modern spa. I came here and purchased a pico laser package to help with sun damage. Wonderful staff, felt very comfortable and cared for. Great packages at great prices and lots of high quality skincare products. Raj is so sweet. Will be returning every couple of months for some touch ups and shopping ;)

From the moment you step into uptown saloon and spa, you'll know you make the right choice. The fresh design elements and modern ambiance are likely nothing you seen before, clean and elegant and you feel like you're in different world. Recently I have free consultation, Raj assessed my skin and, based on its condition, so she offer Morpheus , immediately after its sessions there was noticeable tightening sensation on my face , thanks to Katrina who handle mytempsure and all the staff , they are all friendly. I absolutely recommend this saloon.

Very pleasant salon..so tastefully decorated and clean! Raj, the owner/Mgr was so very kind, thoughtful and patient! I was loosing all my hair due to chemo (during a visit to Vancouver) and needed to have my head shaved which is an emotional experience at best! Raj was so kind. I left feeling relieved and beautiful! ? Thank you Raj!?

I went for microdermabrasion treatment twice. First time simrah did the treatment and second time Mani made sure she gives the best treatment she can…. So far the best salon in Surrey. Raj is very helpful and accommodating as she gave me urgent appointments just before Eid. Highly recommend..
