I have been visiting this pharmacy for some time now, after switching from a big store chain pharmacy, and Universal Pharmacy is the best. The staff is kind, personable and goes the extra mile to accommodate my concerns and ensure my well-being! They make sure I understand the medication, the possible interactions (with supplements), and answer any questions I have. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Probably, I will give this place a zero star. The Pharmacist Sukhi is very unprofessional and rude. Probably he requires some customer service training. We were not expecting $42 amount on our invoice as we had two insurance plan with us. So, we casually how come it is this high. To which he responded that we are alleging for false practices.He is probably the most stupidest person, I have met on this planet. He lack basic sense and understanding. He feels offended for no reason.There are many good pharmacies in Surrey you can go to Costco, Walmart at least the pharmacist working there will treat you with respect.
