This review is strictly for the customer service at TV outlet. My daughter and I walked in and we were greeted right away by the staff and I had already done my research on what tv I wanted so he was able to find it in his computer right away. We opened the tv up at the place to test it out and also logged into my google account while we waited. Overall, great customer service and looking forward to setting up the rest of the tv at home. Will recommend TV Outlet to family and friends. Thanks for the great service.

Extremely Disappointing Service and False Promises
I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with this seller. There’s been a complete lack of communication, zero support, and constant false promises regarding my order. Every time I reach out—whether by phone, email, or chat—I get the same response: "Wait." It’s incredibly frustrating, and the delays feel endless.
At this point, I will never purchase from this seller again and would strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here.
