We purchase all appliances for a new kitchen at Trail Appliances. Our salesman, Sachin Harjai provided my wife and me the best non pressure assistance to choose the right appliances. Then, when some minor problems with the delivery of some of our appliances occured, Sachin jumped in and ensured prompt an efficient resolution. We are happy with Trail appliances because of the quality of their personnel, as reflected by Sachin's performance.

One would think that the stand behind their products ; NO NO
The knobs in the picture are 4 years old.
Don't even buy any warranty from them because even the company they deal with is the same ., (COMERCO) , nothing but fraud ....
Than I called Samsung , they sent me to a third party parts supply , they wanted to charge $ 600 for 4 knobs of a range ..... SICK isn't it ???
We payed almost $400 for the extended warranty !!!

This was our first ever experience dealing with Trail Appliances as all our other purchases were made from their competitors.
From the moment we stepped into the store, Sachin showed us options available and took us through features and pricing. Once we settled on what we liked and made the purchase, Sachin made sure to co-ordinate the delivery, installation and removal of the older units. Our experience with the whole process was hassle free and smooth. Great job Sachin!

Very bad service we paid installation services but the guy say couldn’t do the installation due to liability issue that was our 1st issue (it’s washer & Dyer on our rented house)then go back again to buy a complete set of washer & Dyer for our home and again same thing we pd installation but again they did not install so never again what a waste of money.

Our salesperson Mohan was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. We had a problem with the new dryer which was visible upon delivery but the delivery guys (contracted) just wanted to get to their last delivery...nice enough but maybe could have contacted the office before they delivered it to see if they should leave it or not. We contacted Trail and they agreed to send another one right away, no hassles at all and a Trail team delivered it first delivery of the day 2 days later.....it was great and all was fine. The Service fellow told me it came from supplier that way as it came in on the one day and was.loaded on the truck for the next days deliveries....anyway, no hassles and solved right away! Great customer service.

Beautiful showroom! We were introduced to Andrew Adam upon arrival and he presented all the different appliance options as we were purchasing a full package of 8 appliances.
