It was very easy to buy at the store. SER was very helpful showing us the appliances we needed. The delivery team came and installed it for us and took the old one to recycle. In overall, we were very pleased with the purchase.

Shopping at the showroom was our preference since seeing what you are getting and comparing all the models makes it easier to choose. The product specialist was helpful during our selection process and followed up after delivery. The delivery team was second to none. The 3 young men were friendly and professional. They worked well together and ensured everything went well in some very tight spaces. Can’t thank them enough. We selected the Samsung Bespoke 28.8 French door model with beverage centre. It’s a great and versatile fridge so far.

I had a great experience purchasing a dishwasher in my price range. Andrew Adam gave me good advice, gave me the information to mull over and then finished the sale when I was ready. The installation was top touch as well. They called ahead, came when they said they would, were efficient and gave a thorough run through of operating it. Highly recommend Trail Appliances and Andrew in particular.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Trail. The range of appliances covers any budget which is amazing. When we walked in, a gentleman named Shashank helped us, he was SO patient when I asked to see basically every single option of every single appliance. We spent a good 2 hours there and I even came back a second and third time to decide, each time he was super friendly and always willing to help. Would highly recommend trail, specifically Shashank.

Kelly Cook was amazing and made our w/d buying experience a breeze. She not only honoured the best deal we found elsewhere but even was able to beat it. Being a builder cum RE Investor I am sure I will be definitely going back to Kelly when buying next appliances packages. Recommend to others.

I bought my washer and dryer from Jacqueline Gait. She was extremely helpful and very informative. She definitely went out of her way to help me. I will definitely be going back to Jacqueline when buying my next appliance. The two young men who delivered my unit were very courteous. They did a wonderful job of removing my old unit out and assembling my new unit. Trail has excellent service.

I recently had to replace my 2year old gas range due to a warranty issue. I had the great luck of hooking up with Andrew at the cloverdale location and from that point on my worries were over. He was a great help with the warranty process and we got a replacement delivered and hooked up in no time. Thanks Andrew, you get 5 stars plus from us.
