I received a very warm welcome as a newcomer to this studio. Lyndsey leads the Friday morning class and was awesome. My experience has been very positive, great space and a great trainer.

Thrive Movement Studio is a positive and supportive fitness community! We offer our extremely popular Small Group Training Program and Personal Training Program, which has been consistently voted #1 for 6 years and 5 years in a row in South Surrey/White Rock! Our approach is holistic: creating long-term and sustainable habits without dieting or deprivation. We focus on daily and consistent movement and clean eating so that our clients can get stronger, fitter and healthier safely! We conduct a 1hr initial assessment to start so our trainers know how to best train the client safely, and so the client can see clear progress. Our programs are modifiable so every client feels successful (and sweaty!) at the end of every session.
