Package is 3 days late, ups driver stops in front of my house doesn’t get out of his truck and says he couldn’t make delivery. Next day my tracking number says at store location 38 and when i go there the guy at the counter couldn’t care less and tells me the driver forgot to get it out of his truck.. Ive lost 3500$ over this already and still don’t have my package.

Overcharging & scamming store! Not at all polite or helpful to their customers!! I visited two UPS stores the same day & that too within a couple of hours. One charges me $1.72 for 4 photocopies(Black & White) & another charges me approximately $4.00 for 2 photocopies(Black & White)! Both these UPS Stores are in Surrey(BC.-Canada) just a few kilometers apart!!

Pretty bad service and centre by ups. I was supposed to get my bday present (phone) on my bday strategically ordered, but these people havent delievered it till 4days after the delievery date.
The delievery guy didnt call when came to drop parcel, just conveniently pasted a note of missed you , collect from drop off location of ups.
I made 6 visits in hope of getting my parcel, these people had an excuse that the parcel truck is not back, for 3 days an undelievered parcel is in some truck ? I mean thats bullcrap.
Wont be using ups services anymore, amazon delievery and canada post is so much better, atleast they deliever in time.
P.s- no courtesy shown by the staff at store too. Bluntly told me the parcel is still not back.

Dude you need to tell that girl to stop selling everyone up. I asked for the cheapest option to get something shipped and she gave me the EXPEDITED option instead STANDARD. I don’t need it to send it overnight it could take 3-4 days no problem but she did the same thing with few ppl ahead of me. This is ridiculous and if you don’t correct that I will stop shipping stuff from your location. You either fire her or retrain her not everyone is dumb in this world. I did not need to pay 30$ extra just because she wants commission… FEELING DISGUSTED

I had an exceptional experience at UPS Store #38 thanks to Chandan. I needed business cards printed quickly for an event, and Chandan went out of his way to ensure I received them in time. He even arranged for them to be shipped to a store closer to me for easier pickup.
Although the first batch didn't print as expected due to my design error (it was my first time using their service), Chandan offered to work with me to redesign and reprint them. His expertise and assistance were invaluable, and we created a final design that printed beautifully. He again shipped them to the closer store for my convenience.
I'm extremely pleased with the result and the outstanding customer service. Chandan's dedication and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer every step of the way. I highly recommend contacting the UPS Store #38 for your business services and printing needs.

If you need prints fast and good service, go see Chandan at this UPS Store #38. Remember the name. He did my work right away and got it done, even though I had a tight deadline - Chandan at UPS Store #38 pulled it off for me! Thank you sir. ? In the same complex where Snowy Village and Canada Computers are located (near TNT) on 152 St. and 101 Ave. I will be going back here again for all my needs. Thank you so much Chandan. This is by far the best UPS location I’ve ever come across. I’ve never had any issues locating/tracking my packages or mail, and the staff does an incredible job going above and beyond with their customer support/services. I especially appreciate Chandan with all the help and support he’s provided my family with. Great communication skills & they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a specific UPS location. Thank you Chandan!

Dear UPS Store. Why are your hours so terrible? You make it absolutely impossible for me to get to your store during your business hours because of my work hours. You do not make a good alternative location for shipping for people that are not home. FedEx is open until 10pm, Canada Post is open until 9pm. You can do much better than this.

We use the UPS store for our mail and parcel deliveries, copying, Passport Photos, international shipments and have for 30+ years, always received great service and a friendly "Hello!" when we come in. Chandan is doing a terrific job and has great staff. We appreciate the security of our mail and parcels, no porch pirates for us !

I had a great experience with this location with obtaining custom printed canvases! The staff were easy to communicate with and answered all questions. I was able to preview my order to confirm the correct dimensions and was given ample time to make any changes. My order arrived by the given delivery date. Highly recommend their services!
