Horrible customer service, employee turn her back on me to talk on the phone in a foreign language. When I asked for help,
was told, rudely to wait, after that she came out with a long face. UPS: make sure you pick your employees the right way!

0 stars if I could. Please avoid this store 0 customer service. The girl working is constantly on her phone in the back.
The gentlemen that works here is amazing and very helpful if you do decide to come to this store I would make sure he's working.

Went to ship out a package. The gal behind the desk ignored me for few mins, then comes out, says she has logged out of her shoipping system 22 mins before store closing. Asks me to come back next day.
OMG. Talk about award winning horrible customer service! Guess that's my last visit there. Forget any recommendations to any friends.

The scanner for ‘drop offs’ seems to always be broken for many days in a row. I’ve tried calling three different times and no one ever answers the phone either, so i can’t ever find out if the scanner is working or not prior to driving all the way there each time.

Avoid at all costs. I have taken time off work multiple times to pick up a package here and they were closed in the middle of the day on weekdays during their stated working hours!

Me on the phone to the UPS store:"I need a four page colour document printed. Are you able to do that?"UPS Store: "Yes. You can email it to us."In person at UPS an hour later to pick up the document, I flip through it as the staff is ringing it up at the till. There are ink bleeds and text shadows throughout the document.Me: "Ummmm, I can't use this.UPS employee: "Yes. There is something wrong with the printer. I've been telling the owners for a long time that they should fix it."?Me: "Well, I don't think I can pay for this."UPS employee: "Okay. That's fine."Yikes.Suggestion: Don't say you can print in colour without the caveat that the machine isn't working.
