If there is a zero star, I will definitely give it to them. I brought the 3-month mail box service three month ago. They never gave me the key. Every time I went there for the key they said they will call me the next day. It never happened. One time the girl at the front desk even asked me to copy the key by myself but refused to refund my key copy fee. Eventually I paid $300 for nothing. I would NOT recommend this irresponsible business to anyone and the owner should refund all my money.

I'm really happy with the great help I got while sending my package to India. The team was awesome and made everything easy with perfect packaging. I'll definitely use their service again. Thanks a lot for being so helpful.

UPS has consistently failed to meet out expectations in their delivery department. We have complained multiple times with photo and video proof, yet they continue to do nothing about their delivery serviceThe driver responsible for our area drives up and rings the bell to our gate/ we open the gate, and we watch through our intercom as he gets back in his truck, watches the gate open, and drives off anyways.

WARNING!!! ? ?Absolute scam company and horrendous service, complete bait and switch with the expectation you will just pay the extra charges after the factRecently brought in 2 heavier items, both myself and the buyer phoned in and confirmed about pricing beforehand with the dimensions as well as shipping address they were going to. They gave me an estimate and said it may be a little more or a little less but would be roughly that.Brought the items in and they mentioned they needed a day to box everything up and then could give me the final invoice.No call the next day so called in the following day and the price jumped 150% to upwards of $1000, so the buyer was no longer interested and I have no way of getting these items back home. They are fully expecting you to just pay their price after giving a beyond inaccurate estimate.Avoid these clowns like the plague and hire a real reputable company. Shady business tactics but an equally shady business owner.Hope this helps some people!

Fantastic service from Jaz (I think that was her name). WOW. She was SO efficient, helpful, amazing. Clearly a superstar performer. UPS is lucky to have her. I will definitely skip the post office from now on and come here.

Just dropped off my new balance shoes for return. They had it bagged and labelled and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Easier than doing a return at a store. Great service!

I visited here for overseas delivery of important documents. The staff was kind and the price was reasonable and I confirmed that my documents arrived safely.In fact, I went to another shipping company nearby before I came here, but there, the staff swindled me by offering more than twice the price. So I came here after looking for another shipping company.
