I had an unpleasant experience at your Surrey store yesterday with an employee who was not only unhelpful but also blatantly rude. The short-beard guy I interacted with seemed intent on being over-smart and made it clear that he didn't want me in the store. Despite my patience and calm demeanor, he was dismissive and condescending, treating me as though I was uneducated. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional, uncultured, and outright pathetic. Such a person tarnishes the reputation of your store, and I strongly urge you to address this issue to prevent further damage to your customer service standards. Furthermore, the guy with the spectacles who was standing with him was just watching the show. This shows that it’s been going on for long there.

If you are white you will experience minimal service . This community is mostly from India and you will feel the racism oozing as you ask questions about products . This was my experience. Or perhaps it’s not racism or merely agism . Hard to tell . Ask a question and you will get “ not possible “” “we can’t do that “ . This is not the service I am used to coming from Victoria BC. Please the Source pay attention to how your workers are attending to their customers . Now I will definitely not buy anything from this store and I will pass along the word . January 2 nd approximately 3 pm .

Aish is very helpful today. She understood what a customer service means..she cares for her clients. Easy and pleasant to deal with, friendly and very patient. We really had a good deal for Christmas. Highly recommended if you have any questions on their products.

Rude, idiotic staff, stands around on their phone and rolls their eyes at the thought of a customer even coming in. The one time I have bought anything from there in years and had to return it, their manager is just as much as a rude prick as the staff he keeps, mocked me, yelled at me, threatened me PHYSICALLY puffed his chest out asking “what I wanna do?” Over a refund.. never seen a store in a damn mall hate having to sell things so damn much. Prick emporium.

Well located in the heart of Surrey city. Variety of shops raging from households to clothing's to jewelry. Good attraction setup on the basis of festivals. Currently a huge Christmas tree and photo booth with Santa had been put up for the kids. Great black Friday deals on all the stores.
