Last Saturday I went to this store to buy shoes and I was helped by a Sardar associate whose name started by G he was so gentle and he helped me to choose the perfect shoes which matched my attire and he gave me such a good and smooth customer service he was so polite and calm.

Very helpful staff...I visited here today with my friend during evening, an employee name Garvit helped us a lot. Very polite, calm and best customer service offered by him.

The male employee don’t know how to do his job.
If I have took some shoes out of the box to try it on and kept it near the my seat, when I’m done finalizing my purchase, you should keep those shoes back in the box by yourself, don’t ask me every single time, “where did you find this”( and do your job).
Please my good friend, learn something from nike or other shoe brand store.

I experienced the worst racism from an Indian sales lady who told me the shop had closed and kept attending to her fellow Indian buyers. I was at the place around 6:05 pm. She profiled me for no reason.

I ordered a pair of UGGS to the store. They never called me and sat in the store for 2 weeks, despite me calling within that 2 week time frame to confirm if they arrived. When I opened the box they had scratches/marks all over them, the lady tried to say the packing paper oxidized? Through the oxidationprocess it does not scrape fabric. Not sure why she lied about it. Not buying anything from here again

We were there today to get a pair of shoes for my mother. As my mother was trying her first pair of shoes, a staff member( turban guy) came and started asking to not make a mess pointing at some other customer’s trials. When we said that it is not ours and he confirmed with his co worker, still didn’t have the courtesy to say sorry. Worst experience, we left without buying anything. Employer should retrain or fire that guy.

Two employees on cash neither one of them bothered with a greeting, while we stood there and mentioned how rude this was, still no acknowledgement. Left purchase as who would want to buy from a company who doesn’t know how to treat their customers, not sure if employees need more training or were completely ignorant.

Very rude staff . I was always getting my shoe from here but not anymore . They did not return my shoes because I did not have box also they were rude and said I should have know the policy
