I love going to this store. It's always kept neat and tidy. The whole staff is so helpful and friendly, specially the manager Nindy. She always goes above and beyond to find the perfect shoes for my family. I always appreciate good customer service.

Staff closed the door 10 mins before closing, even after looking at us just parked right in front of the store.
I understand everybody has to go home. But, I wasn’t intentionally late and wasn’t there to window shop.
Terrible service. She was right there in front of us - looked at us getting off from the car - still shut the door.
Never visiting you guys again.

Terrible service. Would not do a return or exchange on laces they suggested for kids shoes that were WAY TO BIG. Nowhere on the receipt says no return. Never buying again from a company that isn’t open about return policy.

I came here to buy shoes for my mother. Narinder was the manager on duty, and she really helped me out. I kept trying to purchase a pair of shoes online, but it wouldn't work. So Narinder helped me purchase them in store, and get them shipped to my house.She was very nice and helpful, and I always appreciate good customer service. Thanks guys?

Good customer service, always clean, neat and organized well, I like it! Easy to look for what we want. Big selection of shoes which we always found what we wanted. And always got a good deal in the end, so happy so this is our place to buy shoes for the whole family

Had to review because the customer service here was so bad I still think about it. Came here to exchange a pair of shoes on 9/7/22. I called ahead to double check if they had the size I needed and they set it aside for me. The lady at the register, I think Parm was her name (I could be slightly off) was incredibly rude from the moment I started interacting with her. I told her someone had set aside the shoes for me, and she pulled them out only for them to be the wrong style.She then started questioning me very rudely and aggressively, asking me who I spoke to on the phone, what time I called, and even asked me who was working at that time. How am I supposed to know this?? I don't work here. When she eventually grabbed the correct style in the right size, she did the exchange and then told me I needed to pay the difference left over because I had used my SPC on the pair I was exchanging. LOL. It was only when I argued with her about the fact that I'm allowed to use my SPC on the new pair as well that she relented and applied the discount again.Never in my life have I come across such a rude, aggressive person. I've dealt with my fair share of difficult customers working retail, but I've never dealt with such a difficult employee at a store. How embarrassing for her.
