The employees here need to learn some manners on how to talk to a toddler. My kid picked up 3 pieces from their Lego build yourself wall and was trying to assemble them when a lady scared him by coming close to his face and saying ‘you’re not supposed to build Lego here these pieces are only for purchase not for playing.’ He was so traumatized and confused that why would someone talk to him like that when he was peacefully assembling some legos. Please next time talk to the parents instead of talking to little kids directly!! Never coming to this store again.

Love the staff at this location! Super friendly, helpful and kind. They are fun and easy to chat with. They helped my kids find the Lego sets they are looking for. They have a great selection and were able to help me with items I needed for my kid’s birthday party! My kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt in the store. We also found out that there is a Lego passport we plan to use when we travel! We will be back soon! Thank you!!

The LEGO store has a good variety for all age groups. You can shop according to your budget. Great customer service. I am fascinated by their pick and build wall!

I was in earlier today and Chantel (I believe that was her name, she had very pretty purple hair) was the absolute sweetest person, she made my day with how nice she was!! She helped me find exactly what I needed too and was just so pleasant to talk with. I wish I could give her more than five stars!! <3

I came in to browse with my girlfriend on Tuesday February 20th near closing time, we received a very warm welcome by Sean who was quick to ask us if there was anything he could help us find! We said we were just browsing around (I’ve recently gotten back into Lego and just wanted to see what was available) as we were walking around having a gander, Sean was quick to answer any questions we had, and was extremely informative on the Lego products. We started to have a conversation regarding Lego Batman, and I had mentioned that as a kid I could not find any sets no matter how hard I looked, or where I searched. I told him when I was 14 I went on a trip to Europe, and whilst in Ireland at a tesco (shopping centre) I finally managed to find the very elusive Lego Batman, which was very important to me as the Lego Batman game was one of my all time favourites growing up, and I seriously couldn’t find it! However, unfortunately I was not able to find any sets that included the Joker, I asked Sean about Lego Batman sets, and if there would be any more coming out or if it was discontinued, he was very helpful with explaining the different types of Lego Batman there were, and explained what sets are related to movies/ shows etc. and when I would most likely be able to get my hands on one, as our conversation came to an end I began taking some photos of the display sets, and to my genuine surprise Sean came up to me, and said “So I know you don’t have a Lego joker, how about we change that!” And he gifted me a Lego joker of his that he had with him. I was taken back by the very kind offer, and I was extremely excited. Something I had been looking for, for over 14 years was finally right infront of me. I can’t thank Sean enough for such a kind genuine gesture, it truthfully made my night and I was so happy. So once again Sean, thank you so much for gifting me the Lego joker minifigure, I really appreciate it, and I really appreciate the kindness you extended to me! All the best, -Kyle.
