I went there the other day to buy a bottle of juice and the girl that was working was really helpful. Unfortunately, the bottle of juice I purchased had expired in June of 2017! I didn't notice this until a couple days of vaping and took the bottle back to the store the next day. The guy that was working practically argued with me about exchanging for another bottle, stating that they do not expire. He finally hesitantly allowed me to exchange for a different type of juice. As I was going through their selection I noticed a few other bottles on the shelf had expired as well. I didn't bother to mention it to the guy because I was not in the mood for an argument. My advice is check your bottle dates if you decide to go here. I for one however will not be returning.

Bought a 5 pack of coils from them. Not only was I charged $10 more than I would have paid at my usual shop, which I can forgive. Times are tough for everybody. But the pack was short two of the coils. Someone had deliberately cut 2 of the coils out of a pack labeled as 5. Smh... shop there at own risk.

Every time I go here, I have a great experience. The girls are so sweet and helpful! They also never fail to have what I need when other vape shops closer to me don't. I will always shop at Ecig Canada Langley! :)

I go out of my way to make this the only vape store I deal with because the prices are good and the staff are awesome! I really like the points they give on every purchase that you can put towards a future purchase ?

Always friendly and helpful. Only negative thing for me was it was only after months of shopping there did I find out about their loyalty program… I could have had so many free disposable vapes during that time …. Oh well. I still shop there.

I guess they charge differently for everyone. Their price goes up within a couple of days. The price fluctuates depends on who is working on that day. Never again
