We recently bought a Beautyrest mattress from the Brick… Teesha and Sahib were very helpful and I hadn’t shopped at the Brick for a longtime - unfortunate the mattress we chose was too firm and we had to exchange it. I phoned Teesha, as she was the staff person who had helped me. She phoned me back right away and said she wasn’t in that day to help me, but would find another staff person to help with an exchange. She called me back right away again, even though it was her day off, and said Sahib would be happy to help. I went back into the store and Sahib was great and set up the exchange. Teesha called me back also to asked how we were doing with our mattress. Both staff were not just professional, but I think really were honestly caring individuals, who
made us feel like we want to go back to buy furniture at the Brick again! Thank you Teesha and Sahib (Guildford store in Newton, Surrey, BC)

The staff at The Brick at Surrey Newton location has been phenomenal. I first came with my two kids who were playing on their arcade machines having fun while I did the furniture shopping. They had no issue with them alone and would often smile and check to see if they were having a good time. When I was unsatisfied with my original mattress purchase they held to their satisfaction guarantee and made switching a breeze. Instead of having a sales staff that tried upselling me, they listened to my style and stayed in my budget, not even suggesting modules to upsell go past. And their customer service lady was so friendly, always smiling and made sure I understood everything and was taken care of nicely.

Me and my wife do shopping at The Brick Surrey-Newton because of its accommodative staff. Mr. Eller Dizon, the Store Manager always do sends us one of his best Salesperson to assist us. We purchased bunch of stuff that we needed in the condo where we just moved in recently and Mr. Amit Khanna assissted us all along and we were completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service as he could explain and demonstrate details of every item that the store is selling, suggesting what’s the best and we got all what we needed in no time. My wife and I were completely satisfied. No wonder why Amit was so good at his performance because he is the best and the top Sales person according to the Manager. We will definitely shop at this store again in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks to the best Manager that we have known, Mr. Eller Dizon and to the best Sales Person, Mr. Amit Khanna.
