I met Austin McFarland thru his website while browsing propery for a family member. Without hesitation, Austin offered his expertise and assistance even though I was not a “buyer”. He said he was more than happy to assist as his philosophy was about making “human connections”. I took him up on his offer to assist and, shortly thereafter, Austin arranged multiple viewings and was quick to send new listings our way. He created an excel sheet with all the available listings matched to our preferences. We were fortunate to have Austin list and sell a property for us! We had tenants and Austin took the time to introduce himself to them and respect their time and space, while arranging photos for the listing and showings. He communicated with us throughout the process and was willing and able to answer any questions we had. He is very insightful, easy to talk to, a great listener and trustworthy!
