They do not even deserve one star' dropped off mercedes van for service' horn stopped working' then went to canadian tire to fix which was close to house' they were unable to open the hood' due to big dent they found at front inside' nothing outside but inside rediator is damaged too and horn wire got damaged there with rediator. Think twice if you going to them.

My wife's vehicle A/C had stopped working which of course had coincided with our May heat wave. Usually I'd have had friends look at it but they were too busy. So I gave a few local shops a call. Most were either booking weeks in advance or extremely high prices(requested recharge quotes).They gave a reasonable quote and said to come in at a specific time. I dropped off the same day and given a time to come back. Turned out there was an issue with the compressor. Most shops would just quote that part and leave it at that. But this gentleman(apologies his name escapes me) asked his technician to check the wiring. Well the wiring was in fact the issue. The A/C was back blasting ❄️Their professionalism and honesty was impressive. It's interactions like this that make you want to comeback and refer people in the future.
