Terrible customer service from everyone on the team. I would give 0 stars if I could. It took nearly 5 months to even get in touch with them, and there still hasn't been a resolution. They ignored my inquiries for 3 months straight, and it took three follow-ups just to get the conversation started. When they finally did respond, they began investigating a completely different situation or account. Despite providing my name and account number, they looked into a different family member's line. Their customer service is severely lacking. Additionally, when I upgraded my phone while staying with the same provider, I was promised a $50 credit since I didn't receive a new SIM just upgrade the plan. Not only did they fail to fulfill this promise, but they completely ignored my attempts to address the issue. I explained over email that I am a full-time nurse and can't call most days due to my 11/12-hour shifts, yet they continued to disregard my concerns. Overall, their lack of responsiveness, misdirected attention, and failure to fulfill promises make them a company to avoid at all costs.
EDIT: I have already contacted the customer service team at TBooth back when I first inquired about this issue and they as well were no help so why would you ask me to email again when they just brushed me off and told me to contact the specific location.

Just went there to but a new phone the girl working there was so rude if i had the option to give 0 starts i should have .. i dont know who trained her ,you should never make a customer feel unwelcomed ..

Had a great experience changing my phone plan from Fido to Rogers getting a great deal on the plan and a great deal on the phone. I even later had an issue with the tempered glass not working with fingerprint, and they replaced it without hassle. Would diffinitely get my phone from them again when that time comes around. Easy recommend.

Great customer service! As soon as my brother and I walked in, we were greeted by Sarfarz, even though he was busy with other customers. He made sure to acknowledge us. He helped us with our needs and was very knowledgeable.
