Called and check if my 2020 model car need any documents for apply insurance here, they told me my car is not new and need vehicle inspection.Good thing is, I bring my documents to another broker based on best Google review rating, they told me within 3 year model, I don't need inspection.The agent get my phone at this location didn't have this basic knowledge, it is wasting my money!

Out of all of the ICBC locations in the area, this one is by far the worst. I have had on two occasions, bad experiences here. If you have an hour to waste, go here.

Typical uninformed ICBC Brokerage...but very few Brokers in BC know much about how ICBC works...Most ICBC employees don't either. Im an ex Broker and General Claims Examiner and Litigation Officer...I know how things should work!
