Today April 18 2024 it's says open at 9am but now it's 9.35 am iam iam waiting for someone to open they don't respect other people's time just because it's walking distance from my house I come here otherwise I will never come here wasting my time

Very rude and doesn't want to help anyone. Trying to tell me I need to go to the exact office I originally did my insurance to deal with a problem???? Someone close this store or fire them and get new management ?

Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. If we ask him questions, he gets angry - like "you listen what i am saying", "i tell you already, why you still ask".

I have 3 vehicles insured. All thru Sussex at the T&T market location its 9 to 9 service along with their expedited service is so good. I can't go back to the lineup to wait and waste THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR REPEATED ASSISTANCE!!!!

I went to the surrey central city mall to cancel my car insurance because it's hit and totaled. I went to another store and the staff there politely asked me to go to this store instead (I guess main reason is because canceling insurance doesn't bring them revenue). So, I went here instead. The staff is very kind and canceled the insurance for me with all detail informed like how much will icbc refund me and whatnot. Recommanded.

There is a man here for whom English is not his first language. Naturally, he tries to explain in broken English. And then, if we ask him questions to clarify if we understood his words correctly, he gets angry - like "i tell you already, why you still ask".Customers here are dealing with "insurance" policies, rules, exceptions etc. There are many sensitive and intricate details involved. Your customers NEED to know CLEARLY what exactly they are signing up for. You cannot get irritated if your customers ask clarifying questions, especially if it's due to language difficulties.
