Be carful to check for all possible issues, because the dealership doesn’t follow BC vehicle tyre requirements, specifically the minimum tire tread depth has to be 3.5 mm to be considered safe.
I was assured, that the car I was going to purchase was safe, while I noticed that tires in some places has ZERO tread depth (see picture below).
Additionally I’d like to mention terrible attitude of the sales manager Raymond Lei, who did not react appropriately on my concerns and just told he was busy, because it wasn’t his deal.
So far it is the worst customer service I have ever faced in Lower Mainland auto dealerships.

I recently Bought an infiniti qx60 from surrey mitsubishi. Kanwar helped me made my buying process very easier. I especially came from alberta to pick up the car. He was fully transparent about the process and went above and beyond to help me. They have the best prices in the market. I will definitely refer my friends to buy from kanwar and surrey mitsubishi.

went to this dealership recently, and honestly, it was a mess. The salespeople didn’t know the difference between the models and couldn’t explain the trims at all—it was like they had no clue what they were selling. They seriously need some extensive product training. Plus, their sales skills were non-existent, and don’t even get me started on negotiation—it was terrible. When I asked to speak to a manager, they completely dodged me. They could also use some serious customer handling lessons. If you’re expecting good service and a knowledgeable team, you won’t find it here.

Just purchased a new Outlander from here. The process was smooth and painless and they really took care of not just myself but my family as well. Sahil was very friendly and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Jas was a Rockstar in helping navigate financing and really made us feel valued. We bought a 2025 outlander plug in hybrid from surrey mitsubishi. Kanwar was the guy who helped us buying our car. He made it alot of easier for us. We went to different dealerships but he got us the best price and his excellent customer service made our experience very nice. This is was our third car buying from him in last 3 months.
I strongly recommend surrey Mitsubishi and kanwar to all who wants to buy a new car.

Horrible service department!!! Took my '08 Eclipse last year here because the convertible room was not working properly. They called me saying they could not figure it out. Then they asked me if they need to continue working on it, and since it's a big issue I told them to continue (that would of course cost me more!). Half an hour later they said they figured it out saying it was because there was some dirt/debris on the motor behind that does the opening and closing. In the end it cost me $500 dollars!!!
