Horrible experience, the person who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude. It took them three months to print business cards which they had an error and sent me a contract saying: accept this is all your fault and you have to come into the store to pick up the deposit when the deposit was taken over the phone. Zul emailed saying "I do not wish to reprint the cards" as they were originally printed incorrectly even though correct information was given. Ridiculous place and such a waste of time. When I emailed asking why I have to come in, they sent me an email saying I can no longer have my deposit back. Horrible company.

I called them 5 mins before I write this review, and the person who spoke to me over phone so rude and had the worst attitude I had ever experienced in Canada.I was asking for a quote and when I told him to "ensure" he includes a quote for single sided print. I don't like it when customers tell me what he should do. Just save your money and time and print with someone who values your business.

If there was an option of negative stars, I would have given those. Not at all professional, seems like they are doing a favour on customer by providing services. No sense of taking to their customers and won't do your job if the order isn't big enough. If you haven't been humiliated in life and would like to experience how it feels like, do pay them a visit :)...Reply:I was in midst of converting it to pdf when I overheard the conversation between you and the lady at the back. I told you I'll take it somewhere else, you pulled a face and then I turned around and left because if was enough of bad customer service I could handle. Anyways thanks :)

For over 10 years I have had my printing needs met by the most respectful and reliable men I have ever met.Sultan and Zul go above and beyond. They have really brought meaning to my life. As well, as dear Eroca. I admire their professionalism and their morals. Over the years I have developed a deep gratitude to have them near me.If any one has an issue with them....then I would question their character. Sure Print are 100% true and real, and I would go no where else.

Very friendly and prompt service. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is this place has a really bad cigarette smell. I was in there for 20 mins and I could not stand being in there. It's so bad the smell was in my clothes for a couple hours after I left there.
