I brought my car in with an ICBC claim to get some body repair work done and I am very happy with the level of service that I received. Scott and Susan were the two individuals I interacted with when I arrived, and both were very polite and helpful. If you are looking for an honest and reliable auto body shop, then Sunnyside Autobody should be your next choice. My experience with them was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Sunnyside Auto is a dishonest, unreliable, unprofessional business that provides subpar customer service. My ICBC repair was handled improperly; the front end was not correctly aligned or restored, and I had to pay the deductible before I could witness the repairs. When I discovered that the company had not replaced a damaged part despite their claims that the repair was satisfactory, they went on to lie and argue. It took months to find a solution and even contact the owner. The repairs are still insufficient.

Sunnyside only did the followup work once I had ICBC go in person to oversee their work. They lied about replacing a damaged part and tried scamming ICBC with the charges until we confronted them. Your customer service sucks!

I used to work here for 10 years so I thought bringing my car here would be a good idea. I was definitely wrong. Brought my car in December of last year to get an undercarriage claim done. Got a call was told the work was done when I got home and looked under my car there was parts missing I had a dent In my gas tank that wasn't fixed but I was told It was. I've continued to call and keep getting the run around. Telling me they will call me back and i don't hear from them. Went to the shop about a month ago to see what's going on told me they would take care of it and I still haven't heard back. So if you want good reliable service don't visit sunnyside. I will be calling and complaining to icbc. This is unacceptable.

I used Sunnyside years ago and was very happy with them - as were several of my friends. They have changed ownership since then and I'm glad to say that the new owners are every bit as good and conscientious as the previous owners. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. You can't go wrong with them they did a great job on my Honda.

Sunnyside repainted my moms 2016 Mazda CX-5 after it was vandalised.I couldn’t be happier with the paint and the overall work done on her car!Highly recommend!

Wait three weeks to take photos of a door.Wait two weeks to be told they can't find the door.Call back for clarification - actually they did find a door but there is a problem we'll call back later today.No calls for a week.I call again - the problem is unintelligible ESL but we can take you next week - but also something about money? Here go on Hold for this person - ah the thank you for waiting, but you did not respond in two seconds so we will hang up on an active line.All this mess for a door that ICBC is paying 100% for? Isn't in easy money in the bank? Goodbye Sunnyside.

Just before a holiday road trip, a seagull pooped on the hood of our car in two spots. After several weeks of driving on salt-covered highways, we took it to a car wash which revealed what appeared to be rust at one of the pooped spots, and a blister at the other. Thinking that the hood needed repainting, we took the car to Sunnyside Autobody. Rather than just going ahead and repainting, Ben managed to get *both* spots off with cleaners, buffed and waxed the spots, all without damaging the paint job more than the seagull already had. Without charge! One word: integrity. Thanks Ben.

What a nice shop. Took our car in without an apointment looking for an estimate on a bumper repair and when they looked at it they did the repair on the spot in 10 minutes at N/C. Couldn't be happier
